Mosh It Up Baby
Artist: Kingdom of Sorrow

Album: Kingdom of Sorrow
Featuring Kirk Windstein guitarist of Crowbar and Down, and Jamey Jasta singer of Hatebreed. The album pretty much sounds like what you would expect. Its kind of like across between Crowbar, Hatebreed and really influenced by Down. While it is nowhere as close as good as Down it is still a solid debut. It has a raw old school sound that I really dug. The vocals are mostly of the shouting type which i would liked better if it would have been mixed up better with clean style of vocals. The first 6 or 7 tracks are the strongest and then it tails off. For this sludge/blues metal type of music its a decent album. Rating:6.1

Artist: Paradox Album: Electrify This is a solid progressive/speed metal/power metal band. The bands first album in over 10 years. It has a lot of elements I like but I can only listen to it in small doses. I think the singer is the weak link of the band. Ive seen great reviews of it elsewhere so it might just be me. If you are a fan of Cellador and this type of music its definitely worth checking out. Rating 6.3
