NFL Weekend
Heres some quick observations i have after watching from a sports bar this weekend. Chad Johnson, thats gotta be one of the weakest touchdown celebrations ive ever seen.....Those Manning boys sure can play ball.....Poor Texans, different coach, same results.....Looks like only half of my super bowl prediction is looking good right now....Damn draft beer is so much better than from a bottle....Roy Williams need to shut up and just play....Chris Simms there are other types of passes besides the bullet pass....Come on teams, just spy Michael Vick and make him beat you with his arm...Vince Young definitely needs to be the starter....I hate when i hear a bunch of hollering and i look over and all that happened was a first down....Will the old Coach Gibbs show up sometime?...I bet Jay Cutler is on the sidelines licking his chops....and last but not least, how did this bozo beside me hook up with such a smoking hot chick!

NFL Football Talk. Oh yeah (in the words of Koolaid). It is now week 7. Man, was Denny Green (Arizona's head coach) pissed off or what? I just laughed and laughed watching him at the their post game press conference. It's just great to see any head coach that furious, and rightfully so. When he smacked the side of the podium, I damn near lost it. " then crown'em " ... hahahaha... oh that was classic. I kind of feel sorry for Ol' Denny Green though, he just can't win shit, or is it that he turns bad teams even worse? Neal Rackers, holy son of a bitch. Is he on "suicide watch" yet? Sort of reminds me of another one time prominent NFL kicker, Mike Vanderjerk... uhh... Vandersnatch... uhh... Vanderjact. Yeah, that's it. Get it together Millionare dumbass! The Cowboys are about what they should be at this point (3W 2L). The Giants at home are going to be tough this week. T.O. needs to show up against a good team. His 3 touchdown performance against a sub-par Texans team, doesn't do it for me. He needs to step up against good defensive secondaries, to prove to me that he still has it - even if he is double teamed, get open anyway - that's what the great wide receivers of the past did. And now to Bledsoe... Without a good 5 to 7 seconds in a very well protected pocket, he is nothing more than a cheap-ass breakfast side item... toast. I am not saying that he is at Marino's non-mobility level yet, but he is definitely Aikman level at this point, and that is not good for a struggling and sometimes very suspect offensive line. Romo may or may not be the long term answer for the Cowboy's QB quagmire, but he may give them the best chance to get into the play-offs this season. He looked very good in Pre Season and late in the game last week. That is all.
