Favorite Lists of first half of 2009 Part 1
This list is about a week late but here are my lists of my favorite movies for the first 6 months of 2009. To qualify the movies had to A. be released for the first time on dvd or theater in 2009 B. The first time I saw the movie.


Favorite Horror Movies
1. Drag Me To Hell - Deserved to make so much more money.
2. The Children - Creepy ass children on a murder spree British horror.
3. Quarantine - One of the best remakes ive ever seen.
4. From Within - Easily my favorite of the Afterdark 3 series
5. Friday the 13th - could have been better but I enjoyed it.
6. Acolytes - Great story. Check out our horrorphilia podcast review
7. My Bloody Valentine 3D - hopefully the start of a new trend of 3d horror.
8. Martyrs - great first half and ok second half.
9. Midnight Movie - very fun movie. Check out Splattercast #135 for a full review
10. Autopsy - great gory fun.
