Killzone 2 Demo Impressions
I fucking hate GameStop. Their used game prices are so high its ridiculous. They dont give you shit for trade in games and they rarely have good sales. The only reason I preordered Killzone 2 from them was to get the code for the Killzone 2 demo. The demo is highly disappointing. Its only part of a stage and it was less than 15 minutes long. The controls did seem kinda floaty. It was pretty hard to be really accurate with all the guns I tried. I know the dualshock 3 controllers arent the best for fps games but Resistance controls way better. The graphics were good but not mind blowing like ive read at other places. Hopefully thats just a by product of the demo and that the full game will be more polished. On a positive note the A.I. did seem pretty smart. The enemies blind fired, ran around and were pretty hard to kill. Overall if this game was single player campaign only I dont think I would buy it full price but hopefully the multiplayer part of the game is as good and deep as reported.
