HD Dvd vs Blu Ray
I guess the war is almost officially over. Hd Dvd is on life support and the plug will be pulled any day now. Earlier this week Netflix announced they will support Blu Ray only and Best Buy said they are going to promote Blu Ray over Hd dvd and will have it prominently displayed at all stores. This sux cuz everything I read said Hd dvd was extremely cheaper to produce and the quality of the codec was equal or better.

Yeah, I'm bummed about this one as well with my Xbox HD standalone. I think the ultimate weighing factor was that people had already discovered how to rip and burn HD, and not Blu-ray yet? - JD
