Makes you wonder what hes reenacting in this picture?Rev Ted Haggard
What a douche bag. He's an embarrassment to his church and the name of Christianity. I know no ones perfect, but damn how can you be a pastor of a huge 14,000 member mega church in Colorado and be head of the National Association of Evangelicals and still do this? In case you havent been keeping up with the news. This hypocritical perv Ted was outed out by his gay lover of three years earlier this week. Ted is a staunch supporter of the ban gay marriage bill being voted on in Colorado today. (11/07/06) He at first denied everything and even went as far as pulling a "Clinton" and saying he bought Meth from his lover Mike Jones but he never used it, and also that he only received a massage and nothing more. Finally he resigned from the Church once he knew he couldnt hide from the truth. He's now claiming hes sorry for his "sexual immorality" but he's still denying he ever did any drugs.
What pisses me off is that this gives the average non Christian another reason that religion is full of hypocrites and drives them away from the true message. Most people dont realize that true Christianity is an individual relationship with Jesus and not a religion. Sure its organized so people have easier means to getting together but in no way shape or form does the actions of one man affect the true message of the Gospel. Another reason im pissed off because now we have to hear about and see another 30 movies that show the "homophobe" of the movie is really a closet homo himself. The term homophobia is joke until itself. Im not scared of them. Ill punch one in the face just as soon as i would anyone else who did me wrong. Or let me guess. It means scared of what they stand for and who they are. No i fully understand what it is. I know everything disgusting and vile they do and represent. I know there are some nice "gay" gays and have nothing against them but its what they do is what i dont condone. So no im not endorsing hate crimes but i will stand up for what i believe till the day the Sun shines on me no more. Until then im sure there will be a lot of other people besides Ted that will bring disgrace to their maker.

Oh come on now, haven't we all bought Meth at one time or another just to realize that we shouldn't have, and so we threw it away. It happens to me all of the time. Maybe he was trying to take drugs off of the streets one ounce at a time. Jimmy Swaggert, now Ted " my lips didn't obtain that shape from eating bananas " Haggard. At least Swaggert was just banging female prostitutes. Maybe hind sight is 20/20, but doesn't Haggard just look like a queer. The same with Ex Florida rep Mark Foley. And then there is Haggard's dumbass wife, " I still love him and I am going to stick by him through this. " What??? She must be a lesbo herself to say some shit like that. What a Hypocrit he is. I just wonder now, how many other leaders of the Christian movement are in the closet. I'm sorry but it does make you wonder... because ya' know he isn't the only one in the closet. Sick Queer bastards. I am not trying to put a political spin on this, but he was friends with W. Just another example of a fake christian (I guess they all know each other). A Spoon, a lighter, a little meth, and a hard gay pecker. Good Times !! hahaha. What a sick bastard.
Christianity at its brightest is about love and acceptance of others. It's interesting, then, how so many who claim to be pious are able to condemn a legion of people as unclean and perverse on the basis of their sexual preference without seeing that sort of prejudice as an incontrovertible admission of their own hypocrisy.
But hey, it's okay to betray your morals and ideals in the name of He from whose loving grace they were derived, to regard fellow humans as less than swine if they happen to prefer partners with matching equipment. After all, Jesus has already forgiven you for your sins, past, present and future. You are absolved. Rejoice that His holy personage is so blind to justice. Yes, rejoice and give thanks that you can live a life of zero responsibility, one with no consequences save those felt by others left in the wake of your misguided actions, with complete faith that all will be well when you stand before God's judgement in the hereafter. If only the truly righteous path were that convenient. If only true forgiveness had exceptions that could be selected at one's pleasure.
